Guidelines For Society Organisers
Days and Times
Our main Society Days are Thursdays throughout the year with
smaller groups of say 20 or less occasionally being accommodated
on Mondays and/or Fridays depending on fixtures. Smaller "Societies"
requiring a Thursday may be asked to share the day with another
small group.
Cost
For parties of 31 or more, there is a reduction in the cost
of Green Fees. For Dinner menus, please contact the Secretary/Manager
or Head Chef to discuss your requirements. Winter "packages"
are negotiable with the Secretary/Manager.
Booking
To book, please telephone the office to check availability.
A provisional booking will be made over the telephone. A booking
form can be obtained from the website, or if requested will
be sent to you.
