Cheshire's Finest Golf Course

Health and Safety

Health & Safety Management Systems all approved by an outside, prestigious company.

Given the ever-changing legislation on Health & Safety matters, the Club utilises an outside, Queen's Award Winning company to advise us on all matters and to carry out regular inspections of our processes and procedures. The health and safety of our members and visitors is of paramount importance and we continue to look at ways to safeguard our customers.

On the Golf Course:

  • Always wear proper golf shoes. In winter and during wet conditions, hard spikes are recommended.
  • In foggy or misty conditions - never hit the ball beyond your field of visibility.
  • Should lightning strike, golfers are advised to return to the Clubhouse immediately and not take shelter under trees.
  • Always obey the sound of the air-horn  during thundery conditions and stop play immediately.
